    • How to see new patients within 24-48 hours – even if you are solidly booked.
    • How to see and handle emergencies – the same day – without running a nano-second behind.
    • How to go to lunch and go home ON TIME – ALL THE TIME.
  • The rules of the game: Scheduling policy you can implement on Monday to create a happier and more productive environment.

Seminar Speakers

Leslie Pasco, DMD

Dr. Pasco has been practicing for nearly two decades. In the mid-2000s she became an MGE client, and took to the management and executive training quickly! By the time she completed the MGE program she had more than quadrupled her patient base and production at her New York practice. Later on, she relocated to Pittsburgh, and within just three years had created a wildly successful practice from scratch. Now she splits her time between her practice and operating as one of MGE’s Senior Seminar Instructors, helping other dentists achieve similar success.
Roberto Banke

Always the entrepreneur, MGE Power Client Roberto Banke has served in a leadership role with a number of successful business ventures. Roberto and his wife, Dr. Rosa Banke, enrolled in the MGE Power Program in 2010 to learn a successful growth strategy for her one-year old practice. In just three years, applying what they’ve learned on the Power Program, the practice’s annual collections have gone from $350,000 annually to now being on track for $2 million under Roberto’s leadership as CEO. Mr. Banke has also been widely recognized for his local community outreach and charity works, especially as an advocate of the Boy Scouts of America.
