Aleksandr Dayanayev, DDS

Dr. Aleksandr Dayanayev, along with his partner Dr. Albert Malakov, opened the doors to their practice in 2000. Over the following decade, they went through virtually every stress, problem, or difficulty a dentist in practice could possibly experience. In 2010, Drs. Dayanayev and Malakov enrolled in the MGE Power Program to master the business side of dentistry. In just three years, they dropped all of their HMOs (18,000 patients!) while nearly tripling their collections (from approx. $1.3 million/year up to $3.6 million/year) and seeing more than 150 new patients per month!
