Oscar Marin, DDS
After close to nine years in practice, Dr. Oscar Marin was still facing a number of all too familiar practice management issues: how to control expenses and maximize profitability; how to properly manage his staff; and how to get patients to understand and accept needed treatment. Actively searching for a solution, he decided to enroll in the MGE Power Program, and success came fast! Within six months his practice was up by 400%, he’d moved to a new facility, and was phasing out of Medicaid and Medi-Cal completely. Now a Power Program graduate, his practice has continued to grow steadily while reducing his hours and improving profitability.
Dr. Marin is passionate about continuing education to improve his ability to help patients achieve their dental goals, as well as helping colleagues achieve fulfillment in their careers through increased practice management efficiency. He is a member of the American Academy of Craniofacial Pain and the Academy of General Dentistry.
With more than 18 years of experience in the dental and consulting industry, Vicky is an experts in all aspects of practice management. She has helped offices grow from $0 to $400k per month, hired over 300 people, and helped countless dental offices optimize their systems for case acceptance, marketing, organization, staff training and profitability.
